I’ve been to the drive through and been told that it would be 10 minutes before I even ordered. On previous visits, my food has been thrown together without care requiring assembly upon opening. The management is terrible, and the owners absent. Go to any of the nearby fast food restaurants for a better experience.

Sat in the drive thru until 11:27pm just to let the person taking orders at the speaker box know that I had placed an order for pick up. I then had to wait until 11:41 to get to pick up window #1. We didn't get our order until 11:45. It was THEN that we were told our order was incomplete. It takes 14 minutes to make a holiday pie and yet our order was missing one holiday pie. The only excuse we were offered was "well we have a lot of orders". How is that justification for failing to fulfill an order? This location constantly struggles to complete orders.
