My husband stood around waiting for service for an outrageous amount of time without any acknowledgement. Finally a young girl who wasn't even on duty yet stepped up to take his order. No manager apparent. Seems everyone decided to take a break at the same time. Very poor business practice. Being too busy is acceptable, but there is no excuse for not acknowledging customers or expressing something for the long wait. Customer service should be #1 in the training.
