Took 45 mins for a $30.00 online order. We are on our way to Houston, we need a quick snack. Get online to submit our order 15 mins before we got there, when we get there, we still have to wait 30 extra mins for it to be ready. We are rushing to get back on the road then findout they packed missing 2 items from our order. Please avoid this location if you can.

No customers when we came in. The service was too slow. Chicken sandwich was super dry.

Stop here almost everyday for a sausage McMuffin with cheese and a large coffee, always treated with a good morning, super friendly staff and they make my food on point, out of millions of McDonald's I would drive from Austin for breakfast here. Staff is quick but still personable, coffee is always hot, has brown is always fresh and the McMuffin is always made perfect. Dump on McDonald's all you want bit the people make the franchise and the staff make this the best.

Pretty standard for McDonalds, this is more set up for drive thru than dine in, although it does have a small dining area. It's a new establishment so everything, including restrooms are clean. I absolutely hate going in because they want you to order digitally on an order board inside. We had to wait for counter service. The one thing that drives me crazy is they almost always default you to wait in the pickup lines, even when they're no one behind you, which means crossing over a lane and speed bumps and entering into parking spots at always angles. I'd rather wait in line when it's not backed up. Small order or large does not matter. Do yourself a favor, order in app and just pick up.

It was about 12:50, little before 1, on the road from Austin Texas metro area to Port Lavaca Texas wanted some coffee, as McDonald's coffee is one of my favorites. Feeling a little hungry as well I asked for the Hot & Spicy meal deal with a large coffee with 6 creams. On the drive-thru screen they had 2 creams. I adviser the woman of this 3-times and she said she would fix it-fine. I paid and moved on. Next window a 40-ish man hurriedly gave me my coffee and pushed my bag of food into my hand and shut the window barely looking at me, let alone saying anything. Knowing better than driving off, I checked the coffee, no cream and none in the bag. So I waited at the window got his attention and he returned. I politely asked for 6 creams. Frustrated, slammed the window shut got a handful of cream, dropping half of them as he handed them to me. Again no pleasantries or politeness, just attitude. At the end of the day, I shouldn't be surprised, the service is similar in Austin metro area and many other McDonald's in the Houston/Dallas/San Antonio/La Grange corridor. Maybe bad attitude/un-politeness is a prerequisite for employment, maybe it's a Texas thing. Like they say everything is bigger in Texas, guess that means the attitude too. It sucks, moved here to Texas to help drill for water, coming from oil and gas I felt the transition would be easy, familiar in regards to people. Now I question two things; first being was giving up Wyoming winters worth bad customer service and terrible drivers. second I have to find a new favorite coffee, because after today no more McDonald's.
