Went through the drive thru. Nobody would acknowledge us on the speaker sat for 10 minutes. The employee said hi then ignored us after that. I think the employees were playing around in the back. Then my husband went inside to order he waited another 10 minutes for someone to come up to get his order. This reminds why I don't like McDonald's. Definitely not fast food. The reviews prove this. It is said a new resturant has bad management and employees.

I've not eaten here in years, and now I know why. There's nothing worse than cold McDonald's fries... My dog loves fries and he wouldn't eat them! The sandwich was luke warm. I needed a quick meal, but will never do that again. I just can't see how anyone could eat here except for the breakfast.

Worse customer experience at McDonald’s Smh first, I called the store to confirm it before driving over, and then they said they don’t even have the order. It was bundled with a free fry with a coupon. Then after getting very frustrated cause I was charged 20.12 the exact amount and they knew my name and the order details on the call. After getting worked up enough to tell the night manager that he was wrong he then was able to find it….🙄……after working here I know they clocked it out to make time…of course, it being the only thing available rn we re order in person to avoid any confusion and got charged 23.06 instead…

Customer service was very rude.
Fries weren't filled up at all, went back to tell them and the lady at the window was very rude and said "Yall ate them"
Lady downright laughed in our faces and was more concerned about "getting out of here"
If we pay 40 plus worth of food, we should be getting our money's worth.
Never coming back again, such a horrible experience.
Chicken nuggets weren't even the right count
