Waited over 20 minutes for my order and it was wrong. I couldn't get anyone to come to the counter for help and almost everyone before me came back inside because their order was also wrong. I just took the loss and left. Extremely disappointed. The food was slammed together and sloppy. I'm not expecting perfection but the burger literally came apart because it was stuck to the wrapper.

Leaving the store pushed door open and it came back so I pushed it further with my foot not a kick push then walked to my wife car got in then the gm came to my wife’s door and then proceeded to basically cuss me out about using my foot saying I kicked with all these shitty reviews and yet nothings done about this shitty store and there shitty manager and watch someone retaliate against this review

McDonald's has truly fallen off. The employees are rude and disrespectful before and after you order. They aren't handing out your full orders and the food being served is very old and cold. I was even over charged for items I didn't order. These employees act as if they can't hear you and slam the window in your face. If you call about you food they will not answer the phone. It just rings over and over. The drive through lanes are long they run out to the road and basically for nothing. The whole crew is lazy as crap.They are making us wait for old, nasty, stale, food. Out of all the drinks that McDonald's provide this location has very few. No ice cream. The frappes suck as well. It is a shame the way this McDonald's operates. I spent over $40 on an oder for absolutely nothing. My family and I ended up having to trash the food and head to Sonic's. Absolutely pitiful place!

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s at the Jasper, TX location. My entire order (#949) was cold, stale, and clearly not freshly prepared. The fries were hard, the sandwiches tasted old, and the food seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time. We had already started eating before realizing just how bad everything really was. On top of that, we didn’t even receive the sauces we ordered.
When I got home and we noticed the condition of the food after eating, I called the restaurant five different times, and no one picked up. It took almost three hours before someone finally answered. When they did, the employee was rude, talked over me, did not listen to everything I had to say and showed zero interest in helping. They refused to issue a refund and told me to “talk to the GM tomorrow,” even after I explained I had been calling since the moment I got home. They failed to notify me of the gm time on when he/she would be there and HUNG UP ON ME
This location clearly has serious issues with food quality, order accuracy, customer service, and professionalism.
Corporate has been contacted regarding this situation, because no customer should be served food in this condition or treated this disrespectfully when trying to resolve it.
I truly hope this location improves, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend it. Your better going elsewhere.
