They close at 11pm. 10pm is way too early to shut down the kitchen for everything but fryer food. Even the 2 McChickens I ordered took 14 minutes to finish. I just witnessed an elderly gentleman stand at the register for 5 minutes, not be greeted, and eventually leave without service. It's obvious clocking out at 11pm sharp is more important than customer service here. Shame.
