We’ve came here once before and used the coupons and didn’t have too much of a problem. This time we came and the Man that seemed like a supervisor or manager was giving us a hard time. Finally after 15mins he took the orders and we were able to redeem our happy meal coupons. Once they arrived one of the happy meals didn’t even have chicken nuggets in it and had to go back to get the missing chicken nuggets just to notice my other child didn’t have fries in theirs. The 3 chicken nugget meals didn’t come with any sauce and it seemed like they didn’t care about the mess up when I went back to kindly let them know these items were missing. Definitely made our night as a family a bit down after coming in happily. We will not be back at this location. I understand this fault may not be on the head manager here but why give these coupon cards out if the staff don’t know about them. The customer service here ruined my appetite to want to come here again with my family. We will support the location in Euless as they don’t give us a hard time ever.
