  On one of the hardest weeks of my life I came in to just have a moment to myself. I sat at the bar and order my food and drink and savanna just Listened to me! Just had a moment of compassion for me that I really need. See my son was hurt at school and I’ve been fighting a long battle all week with him going to the hospital and the school district. I came in just trying to make myself eat something when I havent ate much all week. She was so sweet and caring! When I was ready to go I asked for the check and she had covered it! She wouldn’t let me pay. I ended up crying right there and she just listened. When I finally walked out and was trying to compose myself the manger came out and handed me a gift card! They didn’t have to be this way but it just shows there is still a level of humanity and kindness in people and I’m so thankful for that!

  I want to begin by saying that I truly appreciate what your restaurant does for veterans each year. Your support and recognition mean a great deal to us, and gestures like these do not go unnoticed. However, my recent experience left me quite disappointed, as it seemed that the system in place did not adequately serve the veterans who came to participate. When I visited, I observed that only about 40% of the restaurant’s seating capacity was being used, even though many veterans were waiting for service. I spoke with the manager on duty, who explained that the restaurant was very short-staffed. While I completely understand the challenges of staffing, I found it concerning that, for such an important event honoring veterans and promoting a free meal, the restaurant was not better prepared to meet the expected demand. Additionally, there was a long waiting list, and we were eventually told to come back later because the list was full. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving without being served. This was disappointing, especially given that there was still visible seating available inside the restaurant. This day holds great meaning for veterans — it’s not simply about a free meal, but about the respect and appreciation that the gesture represents. I sincerely hope that in the future, better planning and staffing will be put in place to ensure that all veterans who visit feel truly valued and accommodated.

  RACHEL THE MANAGER AND THE BARTENDER TONI ARE AMAZING. FOOD WAS EXACTLY HOW I WANTED IT. MY COCKTAIL WAS AWESOME AS WELL. THANKS😊

  Stopped by for lunch, service was fast, lunch was served hot, definitely have been to other outback's that were not so well managed.

  Ordered wings that were to be ready per the app @ 7:05pm. Got to the restaurant right at 7pm. 7:05 came & went. Called carry out # & was told they were working on it at 7:15... did not receive order until close to 7:30pm....
