HORRIBLE SERVICE BEWARE! I was served by a lady named Rosio. She was very rude & told me I couldn't have my sandwich made the way I wanted it. She had a nasty attitude. Go somewhere else.

Actually, this location needs to be closed and handed over to someone else who knows how to communicate with customers and understands hospitality. It seems many people here lack customer service skills, which is becoming a problem in our communities. They operate businesses here but lack a connection to the community, leading to a lack of respect for local customers who live and work in these areas.

We wet in for an online order that was suppose to be ready at 6:35. The lady kept saying she didn’t have an order for us but never went to the computer to look. Then she said she couldn’t make the order until 6:35 after she finally looked the order up in the computer. Once we seen the veggies out of date we asked her to cancel the order she then lied and said she couldn’t . I worked for subway before and know you can cancel it because I worked for subway before . Then I asked for a receipt and then she gave me two receipts I asked what the little one was for and she then said she canceled it. The lady was super rude and kept getting smart. People like that doesn’t need to be working around people’s food

This place sucks, the employees demand tips when they are extremely unprofessional, quite incompetent and simply suck at what they do. I wouldn’t recommend it to absolutely no one.
