- TKTaiyo KingMay 14, 20211.0I just had the WORST subway experience in my life at the 11177-B location in Katy Houston Texas. I’m sitting in my car outside of subways as I write this ! The 2 ladies were highly unprofessional! They were cracking jokes the whole time plus using the same gloves on approximately 6 different peoples orders as well as touching other things ! They were speaking and laughing in Spanish and I knew they were talking about me because I requested extra olives ! When it was time to check me out the lady put my sandwich on top of where the cookies are stored instead of handing it to me! I have never had such terrible service or a burnt sandwich in my 31 years ! Fire them !
