- VHVanessa HemanesMay 24, 20231.0Worst sandwich experience. Come in to get 2 footlong meatball subs. No bread other than wheat was available. Meatballs not even heated. No cookies. Staff was just sitting around on their phones. If this wasn't a take out order I would've taken it back for a refund. 🤬🤬
- RCR ClarkMar 25, 20201.0I ordered 3 sandwiches online. Two of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. So I had to drive back to the location. I think she got the order wrong because English is her 2nd language. And that is fine, I understand that and don't judge her for it but then the employee argued with me about redoing the sandwiches to make them the right way. And when I insisted that I get the correct sandwiches I ordered, she then smashed my bread. When I asked her to stop smashing it, she said she couldn't help it. It seemed purposeful, like retaliating for me insisting she remake the sandwiches according to my online order. She even raised her voice/shouted at me. When every business is struggling, this seems like a terrible way to treat customers. I would love to be able to speak to the franchise owner - they need to know their employee is ruining their business.
