- GZGessell ZunigaNov 5, 20251.0cant find where to leave a review about the starbucks inside but i work in the plaza and i used to always go get coffee from there in the morning, never had a problem with the baristas but the old lady there idk her name always make the drinks wrong or add stuff without you asking for them and sometimes we just like to stick to the normal drink you always get but idk why she always have to do something either to mess up the drink or do weird comments, even my mom had went there for coffee and she told my mom how long she been living im the US for her to not order/ speak english ? like what! mind you that lady speaks spanish. I always ignored the bad orders but after knowing what she told my mom that, i just asked my coworkers to get me drinks but today she messed up the drink i went and told her if she could fix it, ( even tho my friend showed her my order in text message and she did the same yesterday and a guy was the barista and did great) she insisted it wasn’t her fault and i said okay but is so sweet for me and she told me with a bad attitude “ SO WHAT” i just said okay and left. idk why she always do the same thing even other coworkers don’t like going to that starbucks for the same reason wrong orders or didn’t got what they order. She need to do better for the customer service and for the store.
