  I made a mobile order 10 minutes before closing I work at the taco bell 🔔 across from it and they guy was very rude he was like were closed I have a mobile order he said it doesn't matter were closed I asked what time do your inside close and he said 10pm it was 9:53 at the time of the conversation and he jus said sorry were closed and ignored me very disappointed in their service

  Manager there zesty dude is unprofessional. Argued to his customers about sauces and talking to employees crazy! We told him we would pay the 20 cents and he still tried to deny us getting sauces!!! Yelling and hollering about how bags should have sauces in each when all we asked was for extra sauces !!! Definitely needs a new manager horrible customer service.

  Siempre voy a este Mcdonald's porque es cerca de mi residencia y me gusta el servicio. Son muy atentos en todo momento gracias por su servicio 🙂

  Lily gave me horrible service tonight, spoke to me as If i was stupid. I tried to voice my opinion to the manager on duty, but im guessing she's the manager. When I went to the window to confront her, she left away and didn't fix the situation which could have been handled then and there. I spoke to her team, as someone who know the restaurant industry, I would not want her negligence anywhere near my team. 1 bad apple spoils the rest. Do better next time, hire team members based on positive attitude not experience which lacks compassion.

  The sausage patty in my Big Breakfast was rancid. Cashier was out of coins so tried to rounded my change DOWN, thus cheating me. When I ask if she could round up to the next available coin, she gave me a rude facial gesture, huffed then demanded I pay for the extra condiments I requested though they were no charge initially. Because they were so sour in attitude next I tried the kiosk that didn't work and it ate my receipt. When I ask them to unjam it, I was again met with just nasty attitudes. I went in to use up my free points since when I delivered, they sent only a $3 coffee and omitted the over $40 worth of other food and beverage I order because they were out presumably, though they never gave a reason why. (They should have just cancelled, not charge and not send the items! That's theft, McDonald's.)Their integrity is suspect all the way around and to the core trying to skim and scam at every turn. Improve you standards McDonald's. When I order I want to eat & relax not play "Texas hold' um". Do better!
