  Uriel is great Always great attitude great service always very helpful and most important super respectful to customers I have been visiting this particular location for over 10 years since it's open . 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ to Uriel for OUT Standing service. On the the contrary please take your time to report any disrespectful individuals at this location I have encountered this worker by the name of Johanna Lazy disrespectful referred at me as estupid this disrespectful individual shown to be bother not occasional but all the time at window drive through for not doing her job right/ correct due to laziness from her part please send this worker back to training but to different job site / this is the same individual shown in the video by a male customer recording her through close windows for 5 minutes.. I will continue visiting this location for many years to come and will continue to report most definitely.

  I came today 10/27/25 around 10:50 pm and had to come back after realizing there was an acrylic nail in my food! No one apologized they just remade the food that I threw directly in the trash . Never gotten a chance to speak with Sergio the night manager and when the lady gave me my food she didn’t even look at me she just handled me the bag with her head turned and I was so disgusted and threw up right in the parking lot and now my throat is hurting me . I will never go back to this place and I will be calling Corporate this is unexceptional ! No remorse just handing out slop to people and this is not my first time having a issue on this location but it’s my first review and when a customer asks for the manager we should not hear they don’t speak English that’s insane . Do not come here !!!

  They ice cream machine never works I mean ever and I mean always at night times These people don’t like to work and it’s and embarrassment. And I work at McDonald’s The food is trash. Idk how to explain it but horrible and they all don’t speak English do they even have SSN cards to work? My boss Mariah asked me to come check out the location the old lady Ashley Hispanic and a girl who won’t force her name were rhude time 2:5am @ October 26, 2025 Never again. They are playing and having fun as if the GM ISN’T in the drive thru

  Pésimo lugar asquerosamente sucio los baños olían mal las mesas y el área de niños sucias le dije a la cajera que si podía limpiar y me dijo que estaba en el área de niños que no esperara lugar limpio y cuando me dio mi cómida la dejo en la mesa de mala manera ,tienen mal carácter las que atienden aquí JAMAS REGRESARE NI RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR PARA CONSUMO AHI
