  Every time i go here. Its a super long wait. One car goes through per four plus minutes. Then when i get my meal. Its almost never what i ordered. The management is terrible. Its a bunch of kids. Food is almost always hours old. Never fresh. Ever. I ordered a ten piece nugget and small fry. I get my bag and i see the fries on top. Close to the top of the bag. My mistake was assuming the small fry was on top of the nuggets and that’s why the fries were so close to the top of the bag. Turns out i got no nuggets. Just a large fry. The person who gave me my food also did not confirm my order. Smh.

  They don’t have a phone. Their ice cream machine is always down, has been down for 6 months they say! And they are very rude. This one needs new management or needs to be shut down

  Ordered online everything seemed to be fine , when I went inside, I checked on my order and the man upfront said it was not ready yet 30 minutes later an Ikendra said my order wasn't successfully paid for so now im without lunch and wasted my mealtime. I was also charged on my bank account and got no food. Its sad what kind of standards this place has.

  This location should be ashamed of itself. I went through the drive-thru to place a simple order and was entering a discount code, which took a moment. Instead of doing his job or showing even a shred of professionalism, the cashier called me a "Stupid dumb ass." When I confronted him and asked what he just called me, he repeated it and stood by the insult. Let that sink in: a McDonald's employee verbally abusing a paying customer over a few extra seconds. That is not just bad service - it's hostile, degrading, and completely unacceptable. If this is the kind of behavior management allows, then this store has a serious leadership problem. No apology. No accountability. Just arrogance and disrespect. I will absolutely not return to this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it unless they enjoy being insulted while spending their money. Corporate needs to step in immediately, because this location is clearly failing at the most basic level of customer service: treating people with respect. This is my receipt in the picture McDonald should do something about the staff.

  The absolutely worse McDonald’s I’ve been to, spent over 20 minutes in the drive through food didn’t taste right and made me late for work. Absolutely awful service management needs to fix this asap!
