The woman I assume is a leader or assistant manager asked for my order number, which I gave her along with what I ordered, just a small smoothie. Instead of telling me she couldn’t find the order, she completely ignored me and left me waiting. A younger employee tried to help, but I saw her tell him not to. Then I noticed the Hispanic manager with glasses behind the counter and asked her about my order. She looked it up but also couldn’t find it. Instead of just remaking the order like most managers would after seeing proof of purchase, she wasn’t much help either. I had to ask what I should do to get a refund or fix the issue instead of her explaining it to me. I’ve noticed the younger employees here are generally much nicer and more helpful than the older staff. I didn’t want to argue over something so small, so I just went to another store in the food court to get a smoothie before my movie started.
