I absolutely love this place. I’m currently attending Rice for my NBA and Laurel has become a main staple during my time at Rice.
Austin is absolutely amazing, he’s a gentleman and a scholar. So if you sit at the bar, ask him what his favorites are and he won’t steer you wrong.

First time at Loros. I had a free appetizer and it was happy hour to $5 drinks. My spicy ramen with pork was very good. I was going to go for the pork rice bowl but ended up getting the ramen instead.
Chips and sauce was good. Edamame was good. Potatoes were very good.

As a door dash employee this restaurant is one of the worst. They employees never speak to the dashers. I just picked up on Sunday at 9:45. Instead of greeting they were laughing that there was 4 gig workers waiting to pick up. I hope the manager see this and addresses the issue. Unfortunately as my experience as a door dash employee I would never eat here or recommend to anyone. I haven’t picked up from their other locations, they might have better customer service. God bless 🫶🏽

I’ve been to the Dallas location but I think this one might’ve been a better experience!
Austin was the person at the register that helped us out - he is awesome and made some great suggestions. Everyone else was helpful from the person that brought out our food to the person that bussed the table. Nice group here.
Food was great - we got the queso, potatoes, chicken karrage and the burger. Chicken was cooked and tossed perfectly in the sauce. The burger with the brisket bacon jam was tasty.
Really neat development that this restaurant is in too!

First time visiting Loro, the staff was very friendly and welcoming upon entering. Ordered the brisket chicken karaage, and sesame noodles and a fountain drink. Not sure but the drinks had a funny aftertaste even the juices next to the fountain drinks- possibly the water source? Anyways I kind of put that to the side as I was really interested in seeing how this place does bbq. Well they exceeded my expectations and really fuse Asian and Texas bbq well. As a bbq fan I have to give them credit! The chicken karaage was perfectly crispy and the sauce was great too. The only downside was when I tried the noodles they were served cold. As a cook front just rolled in I was looking forward to some warm noodles. I asked if they could just warm them in a microwave but was informed they don’t have a microwave since all food is good fresh. But they offered me a replacement side and I went with the potatoes. They were actually served piping hot fresh out the fryer and very crispy. I actually like my potatoes fried a lil harder and when I saw some hit that peak crispiness I knew this place was 5 stars in my book. They did pack up the noodles for me to go to try when I can warm them up. Will return again soon. Thanks again
