  2.5?-3⭐️The cashier was very accommodating regarding my gluten allergy. However, (except obviously the noodle bowls): all of our food was lacking some flavor, delivered cold, and delivered to the tables at different times. The food gets sent out as it’s made, servers don’t have trays so they walk around confused. Overall, the restaurant has good vibes but needs better systems.

  Food was amazing, customer service at the counter was okay but overall service was absolutely amazing because Michelle kept checking up on us if we needed anything she was the only one who asked us She was literally the best out of all 10/10

  The food quality was good, but the portions were smaller than expected. Unfortunately, the service model really took away from the experience. You order food and drinks at the bar and tip upfront, but the server only brings the food to the table and never checks back. We had to get our own refills and silverware. One of our orders came out incorrect, and rather than waiting in line at the bar again, we just accepted the mistake. Had I known there would essentially be no table service, I would have tipped differently. Good food, but the service model was disappointing.

Loro is a highly popular Asian smokehouse high-vibe, casual fusion spot, a unique mashup of Texas BBQ smoke and Southeast Asian acidity/spice to taste.This restaurant is a highly popular Asian smokehouse in Houston,  a casual fusion spot, dog-friendly patio, great for groups, you have to order at the bar/counter, take a number, and food is brought to your table. The menu is a unique mashup of Texas BBQ smoke and Southeast Asian acidity/spice.Must-Try Dishes: The Loro Cheeseburger and the Oak Smoked Beef Brisket, served with Thai herbs. The Chicken Crispy & Potatoes my favorites dishes for their texture and bold seasoning. Most plates: rice bowls and sandwiches range in average price. Larger meat plates for brisket or ribs with typically larger meat plates, moderate price. A typical signature of the Chef to visit.

  Horrible service. I went with my family and we ordered several appetizers and entrees; two the entrees showed up almost immediately, but the rest of the order came in "shifts". My entree showed 30 minutes of the rest of them, and we didn't get the final appetizer when we finished. There were a couple of servers wondering around the dining room to figure out whose order they have. There were no numbers or anything to match the order with the table. Very disappointing since we have eaten at the Austin restaurant and we loved it. In addition, the parking lot and valet were full so I had to park 3 blocks away, but the restaurant wasn't full.
