    Of course everyone loves Long John Silver’s, and I even drove 1 hour to satisfy our LJS craving. I visited the location today (12/07/25) at around 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The older lady at the counter was not welcoming—no greeting, no smile, and her overall attitude made us feel as if our presence was an inconvenience. This is not the type of customer service we expected. Additionally, the dining area was not clean. There were napkins and crumbs on the floor and around the seating area. We sat at the round table in the corner, and there was a gap between two chairs with a noticeable amount of trash in between. It was clearly visible and should have been cleaned. Overall, the restaurant needs better attention to cleanliness, and the staff could greatly improve their customer service. Even our kids were thanking them with smiles, yet the staff showed no friendliness in return.

    The building on the outside looks like it was closed cause it's missing some panels on the outside I went to the drive thru he was friendly

    This deep fried fish i was ok, but you can feel how unhealthy it is as you bite into it. The attendant a as very dry and a bit rude when answering questions about the venue. My daughter what the urge of eating Fish ans chips like the British people, but it was disappointing to say the least.

    The store on 1-45@west Rd North Houston TX had its own temperament as the older women put out always rude behavior, and you buying their $5 or $7 deals, they would make you wait 15 to 20 minutes deliberately...under the Supervision of on older Manager.. Years ago, in 1996, I predicted Long John Silver will close down because of bad treatment of the customers....and ....😭😭😭😭😭
