- RHRaven HelleboreOct 31, 20251.0How hard is it to label something? Especially when I’m standing in front of you and asked what I just requested to be labeled. TMI. But my family is autistic, so we have texture issues with certain foods. We solve this by getting what we know won’t trigger that. My husband can’t stand the texture of biscuits and gravy. Mines not a strong preference, but I don’t care for barbecue, so I asked for both to be labeled since I had a long walk back home. We get home, open up our food bite into what we think is our food because that’s how the bags are labeled. Nope I bite into an unwanted barbecue while my husband bites into a biscuits and gravy that made him so nauseous. There were not that many people in the store this morning so I’m crossing out the excuse of being overwhelmed, This is the second time this bullshit has happened and while it’s something so small, it’s highly inconvenient to an autistic family. Do better or please find a career/ Job that you genuinely enjoy so you don’t mess up the product!

I recently started going to the Briar Lakes location near city west & while I still enjoy the kolaches the customer service there is HORRIBLE! The Hispanic lady who always takes the order never greets me when I walk in the door. Even when I say good morning she just wait for me to tell her my order. She always looks like she’s not happy to there and this extremely unacceptable for a paying customer. Every other location I go to I’m greeted as soon as I walk in along with a smile. I won’t be coming back to this location
