  I order dominos often, and the location the app chooses is default based on where you live— so I can’t switch stores unless I don’t want it delivered to my door. Well this location always overcooks everything, gives me almost no garlic with the garlic bites, and the pizza is always the opposite of what I ordered So what learned to do is call before hand and let them know my preferences but it doesn’t seem to work. I called before hand last night hoping that they would send the right pizza, I let them know I want little marinara sauce, extra cheese and make sure all of it is cooked correctly. I was very hopeful, but when I got my food it was exactly the opposite that I asked for. The pizza was mostly marinara sauce, which sucks because I had to lift the cheese and scrape everything off. It had so much marinara sauce that when i put it in a bag to put in the fridge the back was literally all red from how much sauce they gave me. They also gave me some overcooked garlic bites that has like no garlic inside. It feels almost like this is purposeful because it’s almost every single time I call the pizza place I never get the order correctly. When I got the pizza I decided to call this location and let them know about my wrong order, and they told me the pizza didn’t come from that location and said it wasn’t that store I ordered from. I gave them all my information and they told me it must’ve been another place I ordered from. I told them my order number, name, address and I even told them their store number that was on the receipt I’m unsure if the person on the phone was confused or just lied to me, but I had the receipt right in my hand and I had the email receipt. I don’t like leaving bad reviews at all but maybe this is the only way. This location used to make the best pizza and always got my order right— but maybe the staff they must have hired just aren’t right for the job. There was one employee that was the best and when I called while he was working he would make my pizza right— I don’t know his name but give him a raise, he was very kind on the phone with me too, and understood my preferences. Shout out to him, he’s a real one. Here is the proof of me ordering from the fry rd location.

  I ordered a Meatzza thing crust and this is how it showed up. I talked to the manager Paul who stated he would remake the pizza. It supposed to be 16 slices. Thanks Paul for remaking it.

  I'm old school so I called in my order. Thin crust meat lovers. Delivery gentleman was so curtious and pizza was just like we wanted. Pizza was crispy so held up the load of meat. Good job. We will definitely be ordering again!
