The cashier was friendly and staff was friendly, and I was informed that they were out of whole milk so I chose Almond Milk. It seemed like it took forever to get our hot chocolate with it not being busy at with just one person ahead of me. Our hot chocolate was very watered down tasting, like there was hardly no hot chocolate in at all, just seemed like water and milk. So I'm a bit disappointed because I thought a simple hot chocolate would taste good. Lastly, I would recommend letting the customer know that if your out hot chocolate so that I could have ordered another drink.

But this is a comically insane portion for $9 Atmosphere is full of neutral fluorescent lights, or lights with the same energy as fluorescents. Decent internet and lots of outlets. Good enough to get work done in a pinch but would definitely be a last choice option as far as cafe’s go in my opinon.

While everyone can take advantage of all the things that Cafés have to offer whether you bank with us or not, Capital One customers can get 50% off handcrafed beverages every day when using a Capital One debit or credit card. Account holders of any Capital One product (18+ years of age or older) can reserve semi-private nooks available within almost every Café.

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH

Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.
Can you reserve space at the Café?
Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
