I asked her a question and she repeated her answer about three times. I’m not the type to respond with attitude and I understand she might’ve been having a moment. But then I asked what kind of muffins they had and she simply answer “what do you want” I asked again, what kind do y’all have and she let me know after taking a deep breath of frustration. Then we noticed that every customer afterwards was being treated with kindness. So I don’t know what was going on but girly, get it together please. This is a place of business and customer service is everything. I hope you have a better day & remember Jesus loves you sis !

Do Capital One Customers get perks at the Café?
Yes. While everyone can take advantage of all the things that Cafés have to offer whether you bank with us or not, Capital One customers can get 50% off handcrafed beverages every day when using a Capital One debit or credit card. Account holders of any Capital One product (18+ years of age or older) can reserve semi-private nooks available within almost every Café.

Yes, through our self-service option, you can apply to open an account at a Capital One Café. Chat with a Café Ambassador and they can help you get set up.
How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH
- Request duplicate tax forms be mailed to you
- Order a checkbook
Are there ATMs at a Capital One Café?
Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.
Can you reserve space at the Café?
Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
