The chef really captures the point of French patisserie (being playful with the flavors and ingredients while beautifully presenting it - AND not making the pastries overly sweet as sugar is NOT the main ingredient in a dessert). After having had the privilege of trying good patisserie in multiple countries, including France, this place still brings me back. Also, for the quality you are getting, the price is absolutely fair. Do not miss it!
