  Placed an order on their app... When I arrived 15 minutes later it wasn't ready waird another 15 minutes... got the w breakfast biscuits they Cold and dried out... Went inside and waited some more. For a brand new store y'all need to get your act together

  We have tried 3-4 times to give this McDonalds a chance, to save money and support business for our town. But this is probably the worst McDonald's, we've ever been to. They never get orders right, it's always cold, sloppy, bottom of the barrel...type of experience. Last night (11/12/25) was the final chance this place gets from us. The food was old(fries), cold.. (did not bother to heat McRib even a little bit), the burgers were all falling out because none of them were wrapped OR even made properly. It was gross and very disappointing. The employees obviously do not care and it doesn't make a people want to eat food prepared by these individuals.

  Bad hot coffee, frappes, food. 27 minutes in drive thru. Employee made a comment that she doesn’t want to be screamed at by her manager “again” (Night at 8:00pm). Employee said, they don’t know what to do. Not mad, but won’t be passing by again.

  This is the third time I came to McDonald’s did a order online. They can’t find my order when they went to go get the manager manager. Did not wanna come talk to me. I will never eat this place again.
