I am giving all 5 stars because I am a regular at Mr Gattis lately and I have never had a bad experience. This evening I went in and service was not so pleasant. There is a new lady that joined the crew and I must say she is rude and does not have any consideration for anybody else. She was rude and rushed me as I was trying to decide what I was going to have. I deal with Angel quite a bit and she is a delight every day I am there. Donna u are working in customer service, fix the attitude or find something else to do

Yes, they are under new management and that causes hiccups. I had an ordering issue that was corrected promptly and professionally. Absolutely ordering again soon!

My kids just got these coupons from the school 4 days ago. Teachers picked them up from Mr Gattis a few days prior and when we went to use them, they all of a sudden switched managers and can't uphold the coupons given out last week anymore. So frustrating.

Waited 25mins when told it would take about 10 maybe 15 mins. Got charged 16 dollars for a large pizza when the pizza is a 10in pizza and for only cheese as a topping.
I could have went to the deli and got an xl pizza for 8 dollars and made I at home for cheaper and faster. this is ridiculous not to mention having not only me waiting but 4 others. And they were more worried about the walmart employees having their first before other orders.

Angie, who works there, was really sweet and told me about cauliflower pizza since I can't have gluten. It was so delicious and I enjoyed my experience at Mr.Gratti's pizza. I will be coming back for more
