  I went to the Georgetown location on 11/18/25 with my husband and son for my birthday because I know they serve crab legs. The girl at the counter who took my order asked if I wanted traditional, cajun or garlic butter. I asked for traditional thinking it was just steamed crab legs. When the server brought them they were covered in cajun seasoning. I hated to be difficult but I can't eat anything that spicy. I asked her if they could just make traditional. She said she would have to get her manager. The manager came to the table and explained the water they boil the crab legs in is heavily seasoned so even the traditional crab legs are spicy. He asked if there is anything else I would like instead of crab legs. I told him I hadn't thought about it because I had my heart set on having crab legs for my birthday. He said he would check with the kitchen about making some crab legs without seasoning. He came back and said it would be about 10-12 minutes to boil some crab legs without seasoning. I thanked him profusely for going above and beyond. Both the manager and our server were so gracious and so patient. We've been to Willie's several times and it has always been a good experience with good food and this most recent experience just proves why it's a favorite of ours!

  Cameron S the goat best service I’ve ever had. I have every food allergy you can think of and she accommodated to my needs with no issue and food came out so fast which was great because I also lack patience. I spilled my drink multiple times but she helped me clean it up every time with no complaints and was such a delight with a smile on her face the whole time. Request cam you won’t regret !

  I came to Willie’s a few days ago with a friend to enjoy some food after shopping and after I ordered at the front I was greeted by my server cam. She was amazing, very attentive, kind, and overall made my experience even more enjoyable. As a server in the industry as well it was very nice getting to receive the kind of service I try to give my customers as sometimes the service industry can be hard. Next time you go request cam she was a delight!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience dining here ! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and cared for their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. The food was simply heavenly; every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can really tell that everything is made with passion and attention to detail. Whether you’re coming alone for a relaxing meal, enjoying time with family, or sharing a special occasion with friends, this place is perfect. I honestly can’t recommend it enough it’s a must-try experience that will leave you wanting to come back again and again !

Paired with the colossal Hand-Breaded Onion Rings, which arrived perfectly crisp and golden, the meal itself was a five-star triumph. Honestly, this food is worth the drive. Now, for the service. Our waitress, Callie, was truly outstanding—she anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them! She was extremely attentive, ensuring our glasses were never empty, our table was cleared efficiently, and checking in with the perfect timing. Callie made us feel like valued guests, making the entire dining experience seamless and enjoyable. Willie's food, atmosphere, and Callie's dedication to service are a solid hit!
