  Family and I've been coming here several times to eat one of our favorite restaurants that we like to partake in on the weekend. One of the things that we enjoy the most by far is the food but not only that is the servers that they have including one in particular that we've had on several different occasions that goes by the name Cameron. Cameron has waited on us a few times now, and she’s always a breath of fresh air. She’s upbeat without being over the top, and she keeps things running smoothly even when the place is busy. Our food comes out just right, she checks in at good moments, and she makes the whole visit feel easy. She’s one of those servers you’re happy to see when you walk in. Always makes it an enjoyable visit! You have a good work!

  Willie's is always a fun but relaxing place to grab a bite, whether in their large patio area or on a cool night, their indoor seating. Since you place your order on the way in, the wait staff concentrates on you having the best experience possible.

  Nice icehouse with a very family-friendly atmosphere. I ordered the fried catfish, queso and chips, a chicken sandwich, and chicken salad. Everything came out fresh and quickly, which I appreciated. There wasn’t a single standout dish that blew me away, but the food was solid and dependable. Prices were pretty standard for an American diner. Overall, a reliable spot that I’d visit again.

  We had a great experience at this icehouse. The food portions were generous and everything we tried was tasty and well prepared. The crispy chicken sandwich was perfectly crunchy and flavorful, the catfish and fries were fresh and satisfying, and the burger paired with onion rings was hearty and delicious. Definitely a place where you leave full and happy. We’ll be back for sure!

  I placed a scheduled delivery at 6:04pm by Willie’s Rewards App on set for delivery by 7:45pm. I ordered specifically for that time to have my birthday dinner with my family since my husband was on his work lunch break. First of all, the app does not tell you that your delivery is handled by a 3rd party. That should be a part of the ordering system. I received the order confirmation email at 6:07pm. I then did not receive further notification until 8:15pm from Favor Delivery, stating my order would be “delivered by Favor soon.” with an order tracking link. I then received a phone call from the delivery driver at 8:24pm stating they were at the restaurant but they were unable to deliver the order due to their Favor Delivery Service App having an issue. The driver asked if id like the order to be picked up by another driver instead and I agreed. I then did not receive further communication from either Willie’s, or Favor until 8:42pm when I got an email from Willie’s stating a cancellation for my order. At this point it’s been an hour since my order was supposed to have been already delivered to my house. So I contacted Willie’s Restaurant by phone at 8:43pm to get my delivery resolved. The manager on duty stated they’d send “the assistant manager to personally deliver” my order then proceeded to confirm delivery address. I confirmed and she told me “Jason the Assistant Manager would be there shortly”. I didn’t receive any further contact from the Willie’s store manager after that. At 9:01pm I received text message from Favor stating a different driver from before had received my order. I did not officially get my food until 9:22pm. Almost 2 whole hours after my scheduled delivery time. My food was all cold. My special request was not followed. ( I ordered an 8oz sirloin with Loaded Mashed Potatoes and requested no chives, they still put the chives on top). The cook temperature requested was medium but it was well done. Then, I ordered a second 8oz sirloin with regular mashed potatoes, requested it be cooked Medium Rare but my steak was cooked Rare. I had to microwave it to cook it to my liking. The chicken wings were overcooked, and soggy by the time I got the food. The entire experience including the food quality was less than subpar. I’m extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and just utterly upset. It was a complete waste of time and money for the entire order.
