- MMMeg MiddletonNov 13, 20251.0DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. (This is after several terrible experiences and the most recent is the worst.) I went through the drive-through at 1 AM because it’s the closest place open late. No one answered at the speaker. I pulled around and the workers were sitting in the lobby with the headset on. I waved and went around to the speaker again… still no answer. Finally I got out of my car and knocked on the window. The first words when they came out were “what’s up”. Politely, I said, “I am in the drive-through wanting to order”. There was no apology and the order process was rude. I asked for spicy chicken nuggets and they put dried out spicy ones on top of decent regular ones. I refuse to eat at this location until I hear word that they hire staff that feel like doing their job. There are very few places open up late in Georgetown and I can’t imagine this has been good for business or these kid’s future careers if they get out of food service. During the day, the food and staff is just as pitiful. I look forward to the day I see an “Out of Business” sign.
