Today I got the snack wraps drove all the way home and bit my wrap come to find out my chicken was raw . I drive all the way back and show the manager she disagrees with me that the chicken was not raw and asked me for the pie that I ordered she said well it’s not in Here so I’m going to only refund u for the wraps meal not the pie I said even after you gave m raw chicken crazy but that’s fine she didn’t apologize or even try to fix the problem . If that chicken ain’t raw then dam I must be blind .

I finally walked inside thinking perhaps they didn't get the notification that I had arrived. Turns out they were understaffed and were having an inspection done. I understand when placed are short staffed--ive worked some pretty hellish jobs and even worse shifts in my life, so I get it. I also know what its like to have an unexpected visit from boss/regional/corporate/etc. I only wish there had been some sort of communication of this, as i would have happily went through the drive thru or walked in sooner, rather than twiddling my thumbs in my car. From the quick time I was in there, the people seemed nice (just harried) and the facility itself seemed well kept.
