- JRJoshy RamosJan 4, 20262.0Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a PLAIN cheeseburger, I’m a very impatient type of a person but for fast food I can wait. so first I entered from the gas station and right of the bat I see around 5-7 people waiting for their food not including dine-in, I stood there waiting for my number to be called out, while waiting I saw a customer complained about waiting 14 minutes for a quarter pounder and asked for a refund and not until the manager came and finally gave him his food. And that’s when it hit me to get YOUR food you have to say something or else you’ll never get it. I didn’t know it at this time so I continued waiting, 30 minutes go by and I don’t see my number on the screen so I asked and they checked and told me that only fries were needed. 4 minutes pass and still nothing I asked again then the manager came and FINALLY gave me my food, but the cheeseburger had everything on it and I just wasted 34 minutes, Don’t call this location “fast food” Drive for another 3-5 minutes and get to the other McDonald’s from there.

The nuggets had a fishy taste as if the oil was old. No napkins available except behind the counter. Overall the dining area was ok, not good just ok.

Not to worry as Destiny was In charge and not only services us with eye to eye contact but a festive SMILE. She extended compliments and likewise, we did one on her very very valuable associate there. Do all you can do to keep her happy and in charge.
