Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Went through the drive thru, the last at the window was great. She sent me to park in B parking spot. I sat there are 15 minutes. I finally decided to go inside. They weren't even working on my order. Finally a manager ask me what was wrong, I told him. 10 minutes later I received my burger and stale fries. Not even an apology. Not very customer friendly. Very disapointed.

I am amazed at the excellent customer service these young gentlemen at the drive-thru just provided. Time stamp, 11/1/25 @ 6:18 pm, cashier Kinji H and the gentleman that brought us our food out to the car. They were so professional, quick, efficient and provided 5 star level, A1 service. Honestly best fast food customer service we have ever gotten!

Every time, EVERY TIME, we go to this Whataburger something is wrong. Today we ordered simply 2 Whataburger Jr’s with cheese, no onions or tomato, we got one correct one, the 2nd burger was a triple (3 patties) burger with cheese, mayo, tomato, onions and the 2nd meal was completely cold, not room temp, cold. Ridiculous, happens every time we come up there, staff is inconsistent and doesn’t care. Worse is, if I tried to get a refund I would just get ghosted unless I harassed the workers, and I’m not doing that.

The players and coaches were impressed not only by the quality of the food but also by the friendly service and professionalism.
