Waitress attempted to charge us (two people) for four meals. I brought it to her attention and she was already aware. I snapped and said so you knew the check was wrong and you still brought it to us? She apologized but If she knew the check was wrong and she still gave it to us, lets me know all I need know.

I am a long time customer. Actually would visit weekly. Since the chain was purchased by this new company I have hated everything about it. The chips and salsa are terrible. The salsa comes out hot and the chips taste gross along with being very thin. The rice has new ingredients that makes it taste cheap and awful and the beans have the same issue. The chicken for the south west chicken tacos tastes both under cooked and wrong. Everything is wrong. I've gone from going weekly to never. Change it back

Everything was really good. Food good, waitresses nice and quick. However, the "state" of the men's restroom was horrific...

This chain was purchased by another company called Pappas. They have over the last few months changed the recipes and not updated the menu , they are cutting cost left and right and itnis affecting client experience . The salsa is served piping hot. The new chips are so thin the salsa makes them go immediately limp. And the flavor is absolutely horrid. Tonight I ordered guacamole which according to the menu comes with red onion, cilantro, salt and lime. For 9.29. What I got was a bowl of plain chunky barely mashed avocado with no red onion, cilantro , lime or salt. I went through two waiters and two supervisors. And they refused to make it as it appears on the menu. I was told they would be getting new menus in a few weeks but they were given direction by the new owners to make items according to the new recipes. They said the only way to get it with all of that was to pay extra to have them make it live at the table. As you can see from the attached photo, the full price appetizer is supposed to come
With it. I will not be back to any of the On the Borders anywhere. On a positive note, the Margarita is still tasty. My friend and I have been coming here regular every few weeks for almost two years now for Friday happy hour. I noticed a few months ago the change in quality of food. But hot salsa, over salted thin chips and plain avocado is just too far for me as a customer. I’m done.
