- LSLisabeth SanchezNov 3, 20251.0Really bad service I made an order on November 2 at 10:20 pm in my mobile app and I whent to the drive thru and the lady asked for a code and I gave it to her UW44 and then she said my order wasn’t there and I told yes it is because the app told me I’m at the destination and it automatically gives you the code so they said that they could see my code but not the order and then I whent back inside and this dude told me the same thing he even showed me and it said that my order was not there and I even showed him my email and the code and the address and he still didn’t give me my order I told him it could of been a system error but he said that if I don’t pick it up they automatically refund my money but till today they haven’t Given me my money back, and they never have me my order .
