    It was close to 7pm today when I came to pick up an order. This young man with hazel eyes with dark skin and dark curly hair gave me a hard time. I couldnt catch his name. I work for Door Dash and I was trying to scan the order for a pick up. I am deaf and mute, I tried to communicate with him and he ignored me. I had to repeat myself showing him the pick up order. He refused to hand over the bag for me to scan it. He kept it out of reach away from the counter and I couldn't scan it. I am required to scan the order to confirm pick ups. I got upset and reached over to grab the bag to scan it. He finally let it go. He needs to treat customers and people with disabilities better. Do you let employees ignore people who needs assistance?

    Terrible service. Today I went to buy two double hamburgers, one Happy Meal, and one single hamburger. The cashier mistakenly charged me for two Happy Meals. When I spoke to the manager, a Black man, he got angry with the cashier and refunded me whatever he felt like. He took the hamburger from me and went off to yell. A customer next to me explained the situation, and my son also explained what we had ordered, but he remained agitated, angry, and shouting. I had to speak to another employee so she could hear my complaint and fix my order. In the end, she refunded me for the duplicate items, but the manager never gave me the correct food order. He left, still angry and yelling. After five minutes, I had to demand my order, which I had already paid for, and they finally gave it to me. In short: I buy hamburgers once a week, and this time I went there, but because of the terrible service, I won't be spending my money there anymore. Muy mal servicio, el día de hoy fui a comprar 2 hamburguesas dobles, 1 cajita feliz y una hamburguesa sencilla, el cajero me cobró 2 cajitas Feliz por error, cuando le habló al manager, un hombre de raza negra, se molesto con el cajero y a mi me reembolso lo que se le dio su gana, me quito la hamburguesa y se fue a gritar por otro lado, una clienta que estaba a lado le explico, mi hijo también le explico cual era la orden que pedimos, pero el seguía alterado, con una actitud molesta y gritando, le tuve que hablar a otra empleada para que escuchara mi queja y arreglar mi orden, al final me reembolso, el producto qué me dieron duplicado pero el manager nunca me dio la orden de comida, se fue molesto, gritando. después de 5 minutos tuve que exigir mi orden que ya había pagado y por fin me la dieron. En resumen: yo compro 1 vez a la semana hamburguesas, en ésta ocasion fui ahí, pero ahora por el mal servicio ya no voy a gastar mi dinero en ese lugar.

    None of the sodas came out right. The left side did not work for Dr Pepper then the one on the right was just carbonation. Asked for an empty fry holder and was told no and she walked away. Food was okay.
