Have been here twice and they have gotten my order wrong. Mind you I what I order wasn’t hard. I order the #9 plain…add Mac sauce. Sweet tea and make the meal large. No Mac sauce on any which they charge you…and they had put mustard and scrapped it off. The second time I order a Big Mac, no pickles add extra Mac sauce. They added extra pickles and no mac sauce. Mind you the screen where you order had my order correct. I guess people in there don’t know how to read. 🙄 worst place ever.

I pulled up to drive through on Oct 29th (Wednesday) around 6 pm and just wanted a order of fries and then I pulled up to the first window after ordering and since no one was there so I pulled up to second window and when I got there the guy helping the lady out gave me attitude and said “it would be easier for everyone if you paid at the first window” and walked away. I told the lady there was no one there to pay there so I rolled up to the second window. The worst experience and shade/attitude I have gotten at a McDonald. Train the staff better and teach em to never leave a window UNATTENDED. He walked away from the window and showed me attitude for not doing his job properly.

Placed a mobile order to pick up, and had to go inside after waiting 25 mins in the mobile parking spot. Went inside to a filthy restaurant and employees chatting it up in the back. A man took my phone and said he couldn’t find my order. Maybe cleaning up and stopping the gossip will help with staying organized.
