Let me tell you that before the customer service wasn’t that great , but lately the customer service has improved quiet well, the drive-thru has been excellent. The young lady at the window is always nice and friendly. I can say the customer service has improved and also the food is fresh. I am glad things have gotten better at this location.
- DMDarren Moore6 days ago5.0Previously I had not had a good experience at this McDonald’s, HOWEVER they have definitely stepped up in the last couple times I’ve been there. The food is hot the workers have improved attitudes towards customers and they don’t let me down. Everytime I come here it’s in the Mornings or late evening after work for some dinner for my wife daughter and I. These times can be very hectic for people, knowing that, they still have you in and out just how fast food is supposed to be. The cashier we see most of the time, is very nice respectful and friendly which is perfect because who goes for a meal to get a bad attitude? Nobody. Good job McDonald’s doing a lot better!

She greeted us with a friendly attitude and smile, and made sure everything was correct. Her positive attitude made our visit enjoyable, and it’s clear she cares about her customers. I had to get her name, Thank you, Amy, for making our McDonald’s experience great! 👍🏽 I have passed by this McDonald’s frequently, but this time was different!

- SCSamuel CerdaNov 15, 20251.0Have been here twice and they have gotten my order wrong. Mind you I what I order wasn’t hard. I order the #9 plain…add Mac sauce. Sweet tea and make the meal large. No Mac sauce on any which they charge you…and they had put mustard and scrapped it off. The second time I order a Big Mac, no pickles add extra Mac sauce. They added extra pickles and no mac sauce. Mind you the screen where you order had my order correct. I guess people in there don’t know how to read. 🙄 worst place ever.
