We proceeded to explain it was a pick up. Tamika then said with an attitude again DoorDash or mobile order. My boyfriend answered again. She then talked over me and asked for mobile code. My boyfriend then asked her to please not have an attitude with me. She then slammed the drive thru window and flicked us off and didnt take our order. The manager on duty handled my boyfriends complaint well and gave him the order. But whenever we got home the food was thrown in the bag and disorganized I am a consistent customer and I have never dealt with customer service so rude.

Got home and it was covered in sauce and fries were room temp and I just live like 3 minutes down the street and the coke was off. I was like dang it. I'm sure the managers are nice but it's McDonalds so I ate my fries and called it a day. Been probably 2 years since I has a bg Mac meal. I gotta start checking before I pull off.
