Mi hijo quería un happy meal de 6 nuggets pase a comprárselo y cuando habrío su caja benia una orden ekivocada con una hamburguesa cuando vi eso le quité la caja para llevarla y me dieran la orden correcta lloro y se durmió se acostó a dormir sin comer por culpa de estas personas que no hacen bien su trabajo cuando regrese al lugar pedí hablar con el manager y solo les dio risa diciendo te ekivocaste entre ellos son unos incompetentes que lo único k deben hacer bien lo hacen mal la verdad 0 estrellas para estas personas y su servicio

On 1/6/2026 around 2:20 p.m. through the drive-thru. I ordered a Large Carmel Frappe with three extra caramel drizzles and a shot of expresso. Keep in mind that you pay extra they are not free. So I get to the window and as she was handing me my frappe she says oh we couldn't put the expresso shot in here the machine is down I said well then I don't want it that's the main reason why I came here and I paid extra for it. She (Jamie) turned around to another lady (Maria) and was talking to her about the situation, that I didn't want it since it didn't have an espresso shot in it. She said that I would have to go on the app to request a credit, since they had already cashed out my order without telling me at the speaker that they were unable to fulfill my order they went ahead and approved it so they would get paid for it. I then contacted McDonald's through the app to get my refund of $3.45 credited back to my credit card that I used to purchase. I did not know that a McDonald's employee mistake would be this difficult to get a refund, I have received numerous emails back and forth to get the same information that I've already sent in the previous email, trying to get my REFUND!!! Not to mention this was a deal of the day that you can only get one of on the app for $2 off, so I could not go to a different location and order again for the deal of the day, I'm very disappointed by someones simple mistake. If the item is not available, it shouldn't be available on the app!!!

Business advertises as 24/7, but that's not accurate
I placed a mobile order and couldn't get anyone to confirm it in the drive-thru
When I finally got to the window, I was told they weren't accepting mobile orders (even though the app let me order) and told me they were only serving chicken nuggets tonight...
What burger place doesn't have burgers?
The manager on site gave me a refund, but this location needs to get their shit together
I've been here many times and have seen them refusing customers who don't have cash or haven't ordered on the app
Sad this is one of the only locations in the area who is "OPEN" with how they operate...

Not once but twice was I given a raw burger and when I told the cashier about it the first time she didn’t even looked surprised. Manager comes back with the second one which i checked at the place and yet again raw and handed it back to him. Third time he gives it and the audacity to be mad for someone to complain about a raw burger. I would not suggest anyone go to this place. will never go to this place again. just horrible from customer service to food and time wasted.

Ordered through the app for pickup. Hit the "I'm here" tab a minute before parking. Waited in the curbside pickup over 3 minutes and saw the drive through line moving quick. I'm like what is taking so long with my order. After drive through finished serving 7 or 8 vehicles the cook came out bringing curbside their orders. Why have the option to order through the app and wait in curbside for pickup if they are only going to focus on drive thru and dine in orders first. On top of that it seem like they were short staffed. The cook brought my order but forgot the kid's meal drink. Get home and find out that one of my double bacon quarter pounders is not even done.
