Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For nearly 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria’s, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. Last time they gave me a plate missing all the essential ingredients to the chilaquiles and this time, I found one single black bean mixed in the food. Unacceptable!!!

Our server was super nice and the food was tasty! There was a very loud banging noise on the wall our booth was attached to (throughout our entire meal) that would actually shake our table, can’t imagine what was on the other side of the wall but it was quite distracting.
