Overall, customers praised the delicious food, particularly the fried chicken and sides, though some noted inconsistencies in quality.

We visited Babe’s as a large family group, and our waitress, Triniti, was truly exceptional. From the start, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind.
Early in the meal, my niece — who has autism — wanted a specific drink that wasn’t on the menu. When my sister explained her needs, Triniti didn’t hesitate; she simply made it happen, with a smile.
Throughout the meal, she made every person at our table feel noticed and cared for. She was thoughtful, patient, and intuitive, and her attention never felt rushed or transactional. She also helped coordinate a fun celebration for our table, bringing her team together and making the moment feel special.
That level of service and genuine care is rare, and it made our experience memorable. Triniti went above and beyond, and we’re very grateful.

The food is good but be very careful… The food is way overpriced and they don’t give you a price menu ahead of time. Chicken strips for a table of too came out to $43. + tip. I didn’t even realize we were being charged for 2 people. Double the price, but not double the sides. Kind of ridiculous, what if I didn’t want sides to begin with, nice waitress. But the prices are highway robbery.

Service is amazing. Chicken has great seasoning. Wish they had Mac n cheese instead of green beans, lol, but other than that.. no complaints!

We were a party of three, figured we'd order 1 $20 plate of 4pc fried chicken to share, especially with unlimited sides. Of course our server didn't inform us that there would be a $14 plate charge, even though we explicitly said we'd share 1 plate. If she had, we would have just ordered more meat. Poor verbal communication AND no menus = bad customer experience.
The sides were meh, so $14 x2 plus $20 for 4pcs of chicken each is actually crazy. Will not be coming back.

We have been coming to Babe’s for years and never experienced any issues previously. However, the service during our last visit was below par. Mandy, our server, was nowhere to be found for drink refills. We also waited 20 minutes for her to bring us more biscuits.
