Rainforest cafe in of itself was pretty neat to go and see - definetly catered towards family with kids. What really stood out was our server, Efe. He was truly incredible at his job, and was an awesome server. For example, my mother has a gluten allergy and most places either forget or just don’t really care. Efe actually brought out a manager and let our party know that they were conscious of the allergy and that her meal would be entirely gluten. Secondly, my grandfather had a bout of clumsiness and spilled his water on the floor. Efe came and personally mopped the floor after we had left. I cannot speak higher about how great of a server and how hard of a worker Efe was. This was an amazing experience.

I went to the restaurant last night, and had an AMAZING experience; I would like to highlight the excellent service I received last night from Julie, our waitress. She was the best one I had in years! She was very attentive, friendly, and always mindful of every detail without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly enhanced our experience. It’s clear when someone genuinely enjoys what they do and strives to provide outstanding service. An impeccable service that truly makes a difference.

I hadn’t been to a Rainforest Cafe in over 10 years, so I was a little hesitant, but also excited to introduce my kids to what was one of my favorite restaurants growing up :) We had so much fun! We did the ride because how many restaurants can you visit that have rides?! Admittedly, it was very overpriced for what it was, but we expected that going in.
Our server was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate some dietary restrictions. And all of the food was surprisingly great! Our family ordered pasta, burgers, and the kids mac & cheese, and everything was wonderful. Definitely recommend, especially for anyone like me that enjoys the nostalgia of visiting places like this from their childhood 💕

We have never been to the Rainforest Cafe before. My kids are a little older now so maybe we missed the experience boat. It was extremely busy the first night we tried so I made reservations for the next night which turned out to be pointless. We got there for our reservation only to be told it would be about 40 minutes for our table to be ready. I'm not sure what the point of reservations are if that's how it was handled. Normally we would have just left but I tried to occupy my family for a few minutes and see what would happen. Luckily there was a table ready in less than 10 minutes. Our seating was great and out of the main hustle and bustle which we appreciated. The food was good, kind of expensive I thought, but not horrible. Our server Robin was great. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed visiting with her about the local area. She made the visit very enjoyable and we appreciated her. I will say all of the things being sold/peddled in there was not something I was expecting nor cared for. I get it's the experience but it feels like you are being sold several different things. It would be different if that just came with the meal but every time someone would stop by they would let you know they work on tips so it felt like an obligation to buy what they were selling. I did not care for that. Overall - the food was good and the service was great. If you can get in the door, it's a good experience.

This was my first time visiting this location- I made a reservation for my party for my son’s birthday celebration. We still had to wait which defeats the purpose of the reservation but it was okay we spent time in the gift shop.
We sat down finally and was greeted by a nice waiter- we couldn’t hear him much. One because the atmosphere was loud and secondly he talked super fast.
Atmosphere: Super cool for kids and adults. My son turned 4 and enjoyed the animal sounds and water boat ride $10 per person!
Food: I would say it was sub par. I didn’t expect much with the steak but it was sooooo salty. I asked for medium well it was super pink. My shrimp were also very salty and brought out over a bed of rice which was not cooked. My green beans were also cold. The waiter sent the manager over who barely helped. I did not like how he approached me. He asked me if I wanted the plate remade and I told him yes. I kept the steak to nibble on though it was salty salty. He brought out the shrimp with rice and vegetables again this time scorching hot. He asked me to let him know if it was better I didn’t want to send it back but it was obvious they reheated it and not remade it. My son’s pizza was hard and at this point it being a birthday celebration I didn’t want to make another fuss.
It was frustrating but we rolled with it. Overall a fun place to celebrate!
