  Gave it a second chance. Regrets!!!! Food was horrible service awful Female Manager the worst. Not even apologetic. It all started with the host rolling his eyes cause I asked for a bigger table, the plantains on the my fish were so dry it was disrespectful I'm still waiting for the knife to cut my pork chops. When we shared with the manager how our experience was she THANKED US for sharing. Mam at least apologize next time

  We had a great first visit to Rainforest Cafe in Galveston! Kasie took amazing care of us. She asked if it was our first time and kindly explained the moving elephants, gorillas, and the thunderstorm, which made the experience really fun for our family. She was attentive without hovering, checking on us at just the right times and giving us space to enjoy ourselves. Excellent service and a memorable visit. We’ll definitely be back!

  First I want to recognize our server Michael. He was so attentive and always made sure we were ok during our meal. That is the first time we have ever been to a rainforest cafe and he made that experience awesome. The vibe there is adorable. I loved the dimmed lights and fun feel. The food was extremely expensive, for four of us it was $200. Never in my whole life have I ever spent that much on a meal. The food was good but I don’t think it was $200 good. We also did the water ride there. We enjoyed that as well.

  Ibrahim cetin was so amazing he made us so happy and he showed us cool stuff like our cups on the table lighting up and it was amazing. He needs a big BIG raise and I gave him that tip. I went on the ride after and thought about him the whole time he really brightened up our experience and I just loved it. Also he made sure to warn me about the gorillas but it was okay bc I usually tend to like gorillas. So yeah I really had fun and I’m gonna miss him for the rest of my days. Ps look at the table!

  We first started our excursion at this jungle by doing the VR chairs which were so lit!!! Then we shopped around the store for a wee bit and the jewelry they had was so freaking adorable I wish I could’ve bought it all! Then the host person called our name and he looked like someone from a movie but me and my sister couldn’t figure out what he looked like. Then we were seated and I accidentally ordered a souvenir cup which I was not aware of but it’s okay because it was pretty tuff. Juliana M was our server and she was so kind.
