I placed an order around 12am they close at 1am..on the website and app it showed the progress of the order..it said it would be delivered around 12:45am!! He said he never got the order and acted like i was crazy!! Stated that to be honest!! Then after yelling at me he hung up on me!! So I called back, he picked up the phone and hung up on me! My husband decided to call and he yelled at him as well! My husband let him know our calls are recorded!! Then said we must be slow!!! We have two children that have autism and that is so disappointing and disrespectful!!! He should not be working here how horrible!!! Pizza hut do better!!! I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning!!! I will also be sending them the recordings!!! This is absolutely not okay!!!

What I received was probably THE best Hut pizza I’ve ever had. Sauce to cheese ratio is perfection. Pepperoni in every bite. Crust crispy and seasoned but not over cooked. This was a luxury pizza. And the store staff had to have had a busy night with the crazy storm that blew in, but they kind, smiling and efficient. This is my new store! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
