I got to the drive through line and already had a mobile order, and wanted to chance the ice cream machine. It was working, so I decided to order a regular OREO MCFLURRY. At the second window, I paid for my food, and the guy, elder gentleman, started to work on the ice cream. It was odd when he put in the whip cream. And so, he handed it to me, and I was confused, cause it's not what I ordered. He didn't give a recite to my McFlurry (or my online order, but it's a little different since the recite is already online), he prepared a vanilla milkshake with oreos at the bottom and the top. Not even mixed in. So, I ask about it, and he said that he didn't have a mixer. I ordered a McFlurry... shouldn't you at least tell me before taking payment? And not only that, but I was overcharged (from my guess, a vanilla shake with oreos) and not like an oreo McFlurry. I did not ask for an oreo shake that's not blended, I asked for an oreo McFlurry. I tried to at least get chocolate, but he passive-aggressively thanked us and I drove off. And to top it off, the fries weren't full.
