    I’ve had a 100% success rate over the last 12 months at this location messing up my drive thru order. It’s so bad that I now look every single time to check. This evening was my breaking point. I ordered for my family of 4. When I checked the order at the window- I was missing two sandwiches. Gave the bag back to the guy. He hands it back to me 30 seconds later and says it’s all good now. I take it home to eat and I’m still missing my two sandwiches!!! Complete incompetence. On top of that there was a hard, large piece of plastic in my kids nuggets, see photo. I’m done with MCD.

    marcela the manager was super rude I ordered a big order from door dash they forgot one item so I personally drove here to get it and the way she trrated me was so rude. That is not with us call doordash I said I drove all the way here can I have my item please? I had my receipt she said NO and said that is ot our problem. She also laughed at me when I said I would put a complain. Another worker also said may we forgot maybe we didnt calling me a liar!!! Marcela was soooo rude left me talking and started talking about me with her co workers. She said maybe you want free food? said really? this is horrible customer service just horrible! Cabt believe she is the manager her customer service is terrible just terrible! The way she spoke to me was just horrific!

    Supposed to be open until 12am. I order before 11pm and get there at 10:59pm. The worker takes my mobile code, the clock ticks over to 11pm, then she tells me my order is cancelled and they are closed.

    worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Horrible staff, and they take forever to give you your order WRONG. Just shut the place down💀
