I've gone to this McDonald's alot. Probably too much to be honest. I had a horrible experience, my food was all wrong, I was handed the wrong order. I was ordering for a family of 5, they handed me a meal for one person. I walked into talk to the manager, an average sized man with glasses and braces. He was extremely unprofessional, refused to correct our missing items, and spoke to us very rudely. I won't be spending another penny here, and I used to come 2-3 times a week. Good job treating your customers poorly, you just lost one for life, and I live in a house that's like 400 yards away. I would've been a customer for life if not for this poor experience.

Extremely disappointed with McDonald’s service. Ordered a chocolate fudge ice cream and received nothing but plain vanilla ice cream with a few pathetic Oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. No chocolate fudge, no flavours at all—just the same boring ice cream. On top of that, the staff shut the door without responding and completely ignored me even after I called multiple times. This is not just bad service, it’s rude and careless. If this is how orders are handled, don’t bother taking them. Totally unacceptable experience.

We were served by the manager, Mr. Polo, and he was amazing. Our students needed extra time to order and pay, and he was incredibly patient and friendly. He made everyone feel valued. Truly one of the best McDonald’s managers I’ve ever met. Thank you, Mr. Polo!

Today marks the fourth time that this McDonald’s has not had the items available for an advertised special. We are dumb enough to keep trying, but this is the last time. Thankfully there’s another one or two opening up nearby, and they will get our McDonald’s business going forward. Horribly run location. For what it’s worth, here they are: whatever the last advertised thing was, they didn’t have what they needed. Prior to that it was an ice cream special. And prior to that it was the Travis Scott burger. Now 0 for 4 with the grinch meal.

Fernando the manager should not be in management. Terrible customer service. I ordered mc delivery. The order arrived, without any food. They put the 3 drinks in the bag, but failed to put the filet comb, cheeseburger combo and grinch meal, and apple pies. $45 for this garbage. I tried to call the store, big shocker they disabled the phone. Cant call the location. I drove up and asked to talked to a so called manager named fernando. I explained what happened and asked that he remake the food. He started to blame the door dash driver, I told him the bag was sealed. It was his employees that failed to make it right. He told me he will not give drinks, but will make the food. I demanded a refund. He tried to not refund the drinks. This guy is terrible. This location is terrible. Zero stars. Fernando -1.
