I only ordered a milkshake. I waited for almost 7 mins. Only one car in front of me and I heard that lady order and it was two burgers. When I was finally able to get to the pickup window, the employee just stared at me and handed me my shake.. never said a single word to me.

Drive-thru person asked me three times what my code was for the mobile order. Also can you guys stop telling people to go to the 1st window when they've already paid in the mobile app? Don't need a receipt there's already a receipt there in the app. Thanks. It's just an extra step and makes the drive-thru process slower.
