Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For nearly 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. - RSRubianto S6 days ago5.0My family has gone to Gloria’s in Frisco for many years, and most of the time I ordered carne asada. The meat is tasty, and comes with yucca and plantain which I like. But in my visit last week, I wanted to have something other than beef. So I tried serrano garlic salmon. It was delicious: the salmon, the elote, and everything else! The portion is just right, too, not too much. It’s definitely a worthy option for me besides carne asada next time 😊 By the way, our server, Claudia, was also great: attentive and friendly 👍 PS: Another recommendation: try ceviche trio. It’s a refreshing appetizer.

I showed to the manager and he said oh sorry about that but he charged me full price even though I was not enjoying my food after finding that hair. I would not go back there anymore!

The worst part was seeing him pick his nose and wipe it on his apron…and then he didn’t even wash his hands after. It was honestly super gross and made me lose my appetite. The food itself might’ve been okay, but the service completely ruined it for us. Definitely won’t be coming back.
