My family has gone to Gloria’s in Frisco for many years, and most of the time I ordered carne asada. The meat is tasty, and comes with yucca and plantain which I like.
But in my visit last week, I wanted to have something other than beef. So I tried serrano garlic salmon. It was delicious: the salmon, the elote, and everything else! The portion is just right, too, not too much. It’s definitely a worthy option for me besides carne asada next time 😊
By the way, our server, Claudia, was also great: attentive and friendly 👍
PS: Another recommendation: try ceviche trio. It’s a refreshing appetizer.

After so many years of going to this place, I got disappointed today. I found a hair in my favorite sauce that they serve with their tortillas chips. I showed to the manager and he said oh sorry about that but he charged me full price even though I was not enjoying my food after finding that hair. I would not go back there anymore!

I always eat the Salmon Chimichurri Salad and it never disappoints. The grilled steak (carne asada) is also delicious, with a spectacular charcoal-grilled flavor. I've been to several restaurants [from the same chain/group] and I love them—the atmosphere, the service, the variety, etc.

Not a good experience, we waited more than
35 minutes, food was cold! plate comes warm, but not the food. We ordered grilled chicken with mushrooms & Relleno with ground beef. Waiter offered to return food and bring a new order, food was cold the second time.

I was really disappointed with our experience here. Our waiter got our order wrong twice, and it took forever for our food to come out. The worst part was seeing him pick his nose and wipe it on his apron…and then he didn’t even wash his hands after. It was honestly super gross and made me lose my appetite. The food itself might’ve been okay, but the service completely ruined it for us. Definitely won’t be coming back.
