The service was very good and the dining area and restrooms were clean.
One of us had the chicken tenders and the other had the fried chicken. Unfortunately, both were dry and too salty. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were reconstituted from dry. We thought the biscuit was very good.
Dinner, before adding a tip, was just under $50. Not unreasonable in today's market.
The place was very noisy and I think that's by design. Overall, it wasn't terrible nor was it great. We had very nice and fast service.

On Saturday, November 15, my daughter's wedding was supposed to be catered by Babes in Frisco and unfortunately the venue planner and our family got our lines crossed and the order was never placed. So, Saturday when it was time for food to start showing up after the wedding, we called Babes to see where it was, and then discovered there was no record of the order. Holy crap, right? However, whoever was the manager there that night was able to cater a wedding of 85 people with just an hour notice. They showed up with fresh chicken strips, smoked chicken and the works! We had an absolutely amazing dinner for our family and friends. It was fantastic. I can’t thank you enough for saving the day. Y’all are amazing!

Been here many times, both Frisco and Arlington. Always love it. Love the concept. Wish I wouldn't always get full so easily. Lol. Food is delicious. Biscuits are alway scrumptious. We usually get the catfish. Only negative experience today was going to the women restroom for the first time. Hot mess, full trash bins and empty toilet paper rolls, toilet paper on the floor. But all in all a once again good experience dining at this restaurant.

Went with group of 17. They accommodated our group very well. The waitress was amazing even though she had several tables in addition to our large group. Atmosphere is casual and a little loud. Food was all very good and portions generous. Would definitely recommend and plan to return. At our tables: chicken fried steak, fried chicken, chicken tenders, catfish and more. Oh those biscuits!!!

I have visited this location a couple of times before and had positive experiences, which makes my recent visit all the more disappointing.
We arrived around 11:45 AM and were quoted a 15-20 minute wait, which seemed reasonable given the busy courtyard. To our surprise, we were called inside sooner than expected and seated in a remote corner of the restaurant. From the start, the isolation of our table felt off, and unfortunately, this was just the beginning of our issues.
After 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from our server, someone in our party approached the staff to inquire about being waited on. We were informed that someone would be over in another 5 minutes—this on top of our already long wait. A server from a different section eventually arrived to take our drink orders, but when we asked about our assigned server, she was unsure of their whereabouts. Meanwhile, a party of eight was seated right behind us, and their server was promptly there to take their orders.
At this point, our patience wore thin, and we decided to leave. As we made our way to the exit, a staff member offered to get the manager for us. We declined, but he approached us regardless, offering to cover our meals and serve us himself. While I appreciate the gesture, the underlying issue remains: the service we received was unacceptable. Waiting 15 minutes without even a greeting is simply too long, especially in a restaurant that frequently sees heavy traffic.
As a visitor from San Diego, I typically enjoy dining here when I visit family in Texas, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this Babe’s location.
In contrast, we found another establishment nearby where we were seated and served in under 5 minutes. The food and service were fantastic, leaving us completely satisfied.
Sorry, Babe's, but your service has unfortunately declined, and it's not a slope I want to revisit.
