It took over an hour to receive the order and the lady manager kept telling my wife the order in the box was not hers. At first she wasn't even helping the front counter and just sitting on the computer. And the order had just been sitting in the heat box for 25-30mins and she kept saying it wasn't her order which it was under my name. My wife is very upset and I am beyond furious, there's no reason it should be that big of an issue with doing your job. There's a few good employees at that pizza hut but now the newer ones are doing a terrible job. Update on 11/12/25: Called customer service line and was told I would receive call back from supervisor/manager in 1-3 business days back when it happened. Never received call, I can really tell now how much this company cares about complaints, they lost my business.

I went there last night, and order a few items, different transactions, and the cashier who seems to be from another country and the store manager were ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!! Not to mention, my pizza that I spent $13.99 on was messed up and made wrong. I dont recommend anyone to go to this location. Very poor staff!!! If I could give 0 star, I definitely would.
