That being said, the order was placed on the mobile app at 5:20 and I arrived at 5:34 and was made to wait 45 minutes! I had 7 cars who came after me get their food before I did. I had a worker come to my car twice with the incorrect order and I had to show my receipt twice. Finally he came and asked for my receipt and then finally about 7-8 minutes after that I had my food brought to me at 6:25. I got the excuse that it was a big order, again I get a wait time for a big order and even a little longer due to rain, but don’t blame the size of the order when a worker had to come and get my receipt. I would have understood better if you owned up and said I’m so sorry we over looked or whatever, take accountability.
