Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. The salmon is always flavorful and juicy, and the side of vegetables that comes with it are always cooked to perfection. The chips, salsa and black bean dip and always good. Order the platenos fritos *chefs kiss* it's sweet, but not overly sweet, and I don't like sour cream but I somehow the plantains and sour cream marry beautifully. I've never had an issue with the staff, everyone has always been kind. I even had a birthday dinner there once. 12/10 will dine again.
