Not only does this place have awesome flavors of tea (sweet and unsweet), it is always clean, service is great, and you can taste all the teas before making your selection. In addition, they have coffee, iced coffee, macchiatos, lattes, and the best rewards program that offers free drinks. You can also purchase gallons here as well. I give this location a 10/10. The teas are made with filtered water and with your own water cooler jug you can refill it with their water for a comparable price.
- D7Delta 7Sep 17, 20251.0Normally I love my tea. I never really have issues. Today, my unsweet hugh had an smell. Like old or soured. All I wanted was to get another, the tea was nearly full I carried in to empty and try again. The young ladies were not the best. I stood there a few minutes and was told to just wait in a very dismissive way. Three young ladies just could of handled the simple request better. $4 plus tax doesn't seem like much to some, but for a tea that smelled like mine did, it was too much. I was waved off and told just go get it. I went over to the unsweetened again, just a small taste, and it was the bubbler...the tea smelled off. I told the young ladies nevermind, keep the tea and the money. Just left. All I wanted was a normal unsweetened tea that didn't smell like an old fart. I will stick with QT.
