  Our team had a fantastic experience. Sergio and Jennifer coordinated our large reservation with skill and real attentiveness, and the rest of the staff treated us with genuine kindness. Everything went smoothly, and we truly appreciated the care they put into it. Thank you guys!

  Absolutely love this place. Our server ( Michael ) was polite, courteous, professional, and very personable. He was very attentive and made sure that we had everything that we wanted/needed. The GM (Chloe) was the same. She even took it a step further, and asked about our dining experience. She asked our opinion on the changes to the menu, as well as how we thought that they could improve the overall experience for future guests. It us very rare that you find a staff that is so well put together. The food is always delicious. They have an amazing bar with an outstanding selection of spirits. This has become a go to spot for my wife and I.

  Food: Lobster bisque was watery instead of creamy as it usually is. Most of the pizza was but only Two stars because some of the slices of pizza were cold (well, not hot - like they had been left out on the counter for a while) and the desert pizza a burned (multiple slices) and poorly made. Some slices had gobs of sauce & coconut and some slices has large areas of nothing, just crust. Service: We were still deciding if we wanted a bar drink or not but knew we wanted the 4 course pizza tier. Server was just wandering around and we had to flag him over to take our drink order. He then confirmed we wanted the 4 course tier before bring us the salad, meatballs and soup - Say What?? Later he was again too busy talking to the pizza chef and the two gauchos to notice us trying to get his attention because our water bottle and glasses were empty. After dropping off our check (which I asked for) he went and stood in the back corner instead of getting our payment. Atmosphere: Just a combination of everything and music that was too loud for only 4-5 tables in the whole restaurant. We've been eating at Delucca for many years - first in Dallas, then Southlake and a couple times now to the Alliance location. The quality of the food here is NOT what we've had at other locations, it's no wonder there were only 4-5 tables at 7pm - very disappointing. p.s. this was a birthday dinner :(

  Visiting from Taber Alberta, Canada eh.. & Alexis was super awesome and helpful with the Food & Drink menu. Her cocktails were so good & perfectly mixed. Also, Jennifer was so pleasant when we arrived . Thank you for making our travel experience so great!!

  They deliver an exceptional dining experience from start to finish...so much so the waitress took it up a notch and wrote her phone number on our receipt with a smiley face. We were there to eat a family meal, not have my husband (or possibly son) hit on. We didn't report her because we didn't notice until we got in the car. For this reason we go to the Southlake location. I still have the receipt if you'd like to see who the number belongs to. I'm not posting her number publicly though.
