Soon after moving here I discovered that some of my health issues I had been experiencing were due to a gluten intolerance and for a short time stopped eating pizza. Soon after, we learned that Jets offers GF pizza so we ordered it and it was okay, but quite dry with very little sauce, but we put up with it to have an option for me. On several occasions while ordering we have commented on how dry the gluten free pizza is, so last night, my husband ordered us individual GF pizzas, and requested that they each come with EXTRA sauce and was charged additionally for that request which we didn't have a problem with. When we opened the box, not only was there not any extra sauce, it had even LESS than usual. There was MAYBE a teaspoon of sauce on each of the individual pizzas so to be charged extra for something and then get less of it is ridiculous. We're already paying extra for gluten free crust so, congratulations! You have succeeded in permanently driving us off.

Now the ordering menu has changed and is terrible to use. Besides that, the price for the two pizzas and cookie that I order went from 46.00 to 54.00. Then.... the employees can't get the proper ingredients on the pizza anyhow! It is mis-made the majority of the time. I will not stand there while they make it properly, and they won't deliver to me as I make a 14 mile trip to come get it. This has turned into a zoo with lack of management and customer service. I will never go back.
