    One of the worse McDonald's I've been to in terms of hardware. Although service was fast, as expected, one kiosk touchscreen was not working, two kiosks were not functional, and the last working kiosk didn't print receipts. Regardless of all that, I got my order in reasonable time (2 minutes for coffee, about 6 minutes for a steak biscuit) and it came as expected.

    Husband called me, he travels a lot and gets McDonald everytime. He went on for 5 minutes how this was the best he has ever had. Crispy fresh fries with a FULL container not a single fry dropped in the bag. Perfectly assembled burger ect.

    El dia 1 de noviembre mi hija y yo estábamos trabajando en McDonald's mi hija estaba de cajera y yo en la cocina yo estaba parada mire a mi hija pasar al área de descanso llorando me fui atrás de ella para preguntar que le había pasado me dijo que un cliente la insulto le dijo cosas la deje que se recuperara me ocupe en preparar carne ya no la mire por un buen rato me movi para ir a verla y checar como se sentía la mire venir del lobby todavía llorando le pregunte si estaba bien me dijo que no me regrese a la cocina la manager de cocina me dijo que no podía moverme del área de trabajo le dije que yo estaba checando mi hija porque la había insultado un cliente a nadie le importo la manager de enfrente iba atrás de mi y molesta me dijo que no me moviera para nada me metí a la cocina y la manager de cocina me volvió a decir ..que yo estaba en mis 30 dias de entrenamiento que no podía moverme de mi área de trabajo que si iba a ser asi era mi último dia de trabajo lo sentí como amenaza ..le dije que en ese rato me iba ..porque tal parecía que a nadie le importo lo que le pasaba a mi hija aparte que no me gustó el ambiente laboral tienen la musica demasiado alto el volumen las managers y trabajadoras se la pasan bailando no atienden bien a los clientes los tienen esperando mucho tiempo parece club de baile antes trabaje ahi y era mas tranquilo yo fui coach de cocina espero lo tomen en cuenta y mejoren un poco la tienda gracias por su atencion

    ​On November 1st, 2025, at 11:00 am , I witnessed a situation that I consider extremely concerning and a severe management failure. ​While waiting for my order, I observed one of your employees being reprimanded and yelled at by a customer due to a card payment issue. The worker, visibly distressed, ended up crying and retreating from the counter. ​What is most outrageous is that during this incident, the two individuals acting as "managers" were in the back, failing to intervene at any point. It is their responsibility to be on the front lines, mediating difficult situations, and crucially, protecting their staff from customer mistreatment. ​It is unacceptable that in a customer service environment, supervisory staff fail to take control of such a delicate situation, leaving an employee to deal alone with a disrespectful customer, while they neglect their duties during a high-demand period. ​McDonald's, this is a clear lack of leadership and gross negligence in personnel management and customer service. I expect you to review this incident with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary corrective actions with these two managers. A safe work environment and respectful treatment are fundamental.

    I ordered pancakes with extra sausage,then I ordered just sausage and bacon,I pulled around my total was 9 dollars and some change I pulled up to the window and only got bacon and sausage no pancakes or sausage,so I paid 9 dollars for two sausage and two bacon,I'm like where's my other order they didn't have it so I had to pull back around to reorder the pancake and sausage and got charged 7 dollars and some change,so the sausage and bacon cost, help me understand why the sausage and bacon cost more and why they can't orders right.
